Geared for those new to yoga or who want a softer practice after a busy day, our Gentle Yoga class incorporates simple flowing sequences. During class, you’ll warm up your body and enjoy slower paced asana focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. No experience required!
Classes will be held at the (soon to open!) Mi Espacio space located at 134 S Main Street in Warrenton, North Carolina! Join us inside for a 60 minute yoga class. Please bring your own yoga mat or a beach towel for practice.
