It’s the holiday season and we’re celebrating with a special themed Christmas yoga class! Wear your red & green or favorite holiday sweater, bring the whole family, and enjoy fun poses appropriate for all ages.

Kristen from Cosmosis Yoga will be teaching this special yoga class at the (soon to open!) Mi Espacio space located at 134 S Main Street in Warrenton, North Carolina! Join us inside for a 30 minute yoga class followed by a hot chocolate bar. Please bring your own yoga mat or a beach towel for practice.

After our class, we’ll enjoy the hot chocolate bar provided by our awesome friends down the street at Drip Coffee + Market! Hot cocoa is $3/person, pre-payment required.
