nearly a thousand poems committed to memory, Wolf gives students an opportunity to meet a real
working author while learning how we transform words into poetry and how poems transform the
ordinary into the extraordinary. Several of Wolf’s books will also be featured on the newly-opened
WCML StoryWalk® at the Buck Spring Park walking trail.

Rodriguez is the Spanish and Art Appreciation teacher at Warren County High School. The library will also be highlighting its new Bi-lingual/Spanish language collection at the program.

It will be a regular open-mic poetry reading / fellowship night. So come early and sign in.

Anyone that wants to bring extra special treats and goodies feel free.

We will have some cookies and cakes, perhaps some candies and fruit, but certainly some wine(s)…all served free while supply lasts.

So! Dress-up, dress-down, come as you are, or come as you would like to be seen. Write a slamming poem, or bring a good poem…operative words= Slamming and Good.

We want to have a memorable time. I would like to have a memorable time with you.

This is a gathering of the Warren Artist Market Poets, our beloved WAM House Poets, Visiting Poets & Lovers of poetry and free speech in general. This is an open mic event, so come early to sign in. Fortunately for us the list fills fast.

Through this fellowship many invaluable friendships have been forged, many social barriers have been broken. To date Black, White and Native American poets and writers have gathered around town to share their experience, strengths, hopes, wit, and shade all through words.

So Ideally, We will view my short production…we my have a special (sacrificial poet) reader. We will have some wine and cheese, thank the heavens and our respective Savior, we may also talk about the Ninth Publication.

We hope this film will demonstrate how the power of the arts work on the community and individual level, in particular through the force of words and uplifted voices.
