OCTOBER YOGA with Flynne
All four Wednesdays in OCTOBER. 6:00 – 7:15 pm.
In a series of 4 classes, we will explore a gentle yoga practice emphasizing mindful movement to tune into the body through yoga poses (asanas) and breath work (pranayama), which will leave you
wonderfully relaxed and peaceful.
This class is appropriate for all levels.
No experience is necessary.
Bring your own mat.
Cost: $40 for 4-class series.
