Restorative Yoga Mini-Retreat with Flynne
Treat yourself to a two-and-half-hour Mini-Retreat in which you will learn and practice stress and anxiety-reducing techniques and have a deep experience of total relaxation with restorative yoga.
Restorative yoga is a practice that uses relaxation to balance the excess action of modern life with simple, gentle, supported poses held longer than typical yoga poses to give you time to relax completely.
Benefits of restorative yoga include stress management, improved respiration and digestion, pain relief, and increased well-being.
You can use specialized yoga equipment or everyday items you have at home.
You will need to bring the following:
• Yoga mat (or blankets to lie on)
• Blankets to lie on and cover up with
• Bolsters, sofa cushions/bulky pillows, towels, and/or more blankets
• Yoga blocks & strap optional
• Sleep mask or something soft to cover eyes
