Restorative Yoga by Candlelight

Join Cosmosis Yoga for Restorative Yoga classes by candlelight. The perfect way to end your weekend and start fresh for the week ahead!

About this event

This Sunday evening class is designed with gentle floor based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props to support you and allow you to fully relax your muscles. Enjoy slowing down by candlelight and tuning into your body and mind as you ease into the week ahead.

Kristen from Cosmosis Yoga will be teaching this special yoga class at the (soon to open!) Mi Espacio space located at 134 S Main Street in Warrenton, North Carolina! Join us inside for a 60 minute yoga class. Please bring your own yoga mat for practice. Props will be provided!

About Kristen
Kristen is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She received her certification under teacher Silvia Mordini of Alchemy of Yoga school in August 2021. Kristen is based in Warrenton, North Carolina and is excited to share Yoga with her community!
