Community Field Fun Day Returns for Second Year

Families, friends, and neighbors are invited to gather for a day of outdoor fun, friendly competition, and community connection during the 2nd Annual Community Field Fun Day on Sunday, July 5, 2026, from 12pm-4pm, at the Warren County Recreation Complex in Warrenton.

Sponsored by Motion Mayor and Shrounda Speaks, the event will bring together residents of all ages for an afternoon filled with games, activities, music, food, and opportunities to build stronger community ties.

Field Day activities are expected to include a variety of traditional games and team challenges such as kickball, tug of war, relay races, egg races, water balloon toss, cornhole, horseshoes, hula hoops, and more designed to encourage participation, laughter, and friendly competition.

Whether you’re competing, spectating, or simply enjoying the day, the 2nd Annual Community Field Fun Day offers a chance to celebrate summer and experience the power of community in action.

The Warren County Recreation Complex is located at 840 US Hwy 158 in Warrenton, NC.
