Working with dough is an ancient practice that connects us to the land and to one another. Jon White from Jon’s Wonderful Loaves will lead a workshop in breadmaking and a brief lesson in the ways wheat becomes bread both historically and today. Come for some hands on experience (and samples!) and leave with your own dough to bake at home!<\/p>\n
