]]> It’s time again for the Lake Gaston Coffee 3rd annual Spring Beer Festival, “Death & Taxes.” Enjoy a variety of offerings from 7+ local breweries, Weldon Mills Distillery and other vendors. Festival is Saturday April 12th from 12-4pm.

Live music by local rock band FFM.

Lunch will be served by Lake Gaston Coffee’s awesome kitchen staff. (Food is not included in the ticket price) The coffee shop will also be open for coffee drinks and other goodies.

-This is a family friendly event but no pets are allowed in the festival area please.
-No outside food or alcohol is allowed.
-A few picnic tables are available but you are welcome to bring additional seating.
-This is a rain or shine event, no refunds.

Craft beer tickets are only $39. Wine tasting tickets are $29 each.

Beer or wine samples are only available to ticket holders 21 and older but family and friends are welcome for food and fun. A free commemorative tasting glass is included with each ticket.

Tickets are limited, so grab one (or two) today!!

*Only purchase if you are over 21. ID’s will be checked prior to entry into the event.
*Your proof of purchase will be your email order confirmation. Please print the email confirmation or have it available on your phone.

There are no physical tickets to pick up before the event. We will have everything printed for you at the event.

]]> On Saturday, October 29, 2022, the Haliwa-Saponi Powwow Committee will sponsor the Fall Social & Bazaar on the Haliwa-Saponi Powwow Grounds, 130 Haliwa-Saponi Trail, Warrenton, NC.

The event will feature a bounce house, vendor booths, ham raffle, and food.

Entertainment will include local bands, 2 Steps Back, Little Creek Band, the Essex Band, and Haliwa Saponi powwow singers.

Gates open at 12pm, and the bands will begin at 1pm.

Lawn chairs are welcome.

This event is open to the public and admission is $7 for 18 and up, $5 for ages 6-17, and 5 and under free.
