Led by Yoga Therapist Shannon Somogyi and is beginner friendly with plenty of options to modify and take breaks when needed. Class will be held outdoors (moved inside for bad weather). We will start class promptly at 12pm. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen and glasses if needed. We will try our best to practice in shaded areas when outdoors during hot weather. Restrooms will be available inside MHB and we encourage you to visit them before our class! Feel free to reach out with any questions you may have and help spread the word by; liking, commenting, sharing!
