Please join LKG Flow INDOORS at our new space for 1 hour Sunday Yoga classes at Lake Gaston, beginning 12/5 at 11am.
All levels welcome and no prior yoga experience needed.
Our new spot is just past the Lake Gaston Lion’s Club on Stanley Rd.
