The Warren County Emergency Services will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Warren County Emergency Shelter on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. inside the John Graham Gym located at 113 Wilcox Street, Warrenton, North Carolina. Everyone is cordially invited.
