Bread Making 101
Working with dough is an ancient practice that connects us to the land and to one another. Jon White from Jon’s Wonderful Loaves will lead a workshop in breadmaking and a brief lesson in the ways wheat becomes bread both historically and today. Come for some hands on experience (and samples!) and leave with your own dough to bake at home!
Please bring a large bowl or container to bring home your dough.
