DESCRIPTION:Lakeland Cultural Arts Center is holding auditions for A Christmas Carol on the following dates:\n– Sunday, Sept 25 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm\n– Monday, Sept 26 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm\nWe are seeking actors, singers, and dancers of all ages, ethnicities, genders, and experience levels!\n\nMaterials & Preparation\nYou should prepare 8-16 bars of a selection from the show that showcases your range and voice–we will also accept any standard Christmas carol! Please bring sheet music that is written for piano (not chords), sing a capella, or bring recorded music that you can play on your own device. Sides will be provided for cold reading at the auditions. Make sure to wear clothing that allows for movement as there may be a brief movement portion.\nAuditions will be held at Lakeland’s newly-renovated facility at 411 Mosby Ave in Littleton! A sign will be posted to direct you in from the parking lot behind the facility.\nIf you are unable to make these dates, but would still like to be considered, please contact John DuVall at lcacdirector@gmail.com for a private audition.\nProduction Dates\nPerformances will be Dec. 9, 10 and 11 and then 15, 16 and 17.\nVisit https://www.lakelandcac.org/auditions for more information including character breakdowns.
