DESCRIPTION:Experience our one-of-a-kind dockside yoga on beautiful Lake Gaston!\nEach class is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, become present in the moment, and experience the beauty of Lake Gaston.\nClasses link poses (asanas) to breath and are each masterfully designed by Pam to the unique needs of her students.\nWe are judgement free, open to all ages, genders, physiques, and experience levels.\nWe offer a variety of beginner to advanced group yoga classes. Private classes are offered at your place or ours, and we also offer group and private Stand Up Paddle-board (SUP) yoga.\nEach class is specifically tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.\nBring an open mind, yoga mat (if you have one) and a water. Mats and props are also available free of charge. SUP boards, PFD and anchor are required for SUP yoga.\nPlease arrive 15 minutes early to park, get setup, and relax before your one-of-a-kind class.\n
