DESCRIPTION:Join Cosmosis Yoga for Gentle Yoga classes this January. Every Monday from 6-7pm!\nGeared for those new to yoga or who want a softer practice after a busy day, our Gentle Yoga class incorporates simple flowing sequences. During class, you’ll warm up your body and enjoy slower paced asana focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. No experience required!\nKristen from Cosmosis Yoga will be teaching this special yoga class at the (soon to open!) Mi Espacio space located at 134 S Main Street in Warrenton, North Carolina! Join us inside for a 60 minute yoga class. Please bring your own yoga mat or a beach towel for practice.\nAbout Kristen\nKristen is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She received her certification under teacher Silvia Mordini of Alchemy of Yoga school in August 2021. Kristen is based in Warrenton, North Carolina and is excited to share Yoga with her community! She currently teaches outdoor classes in the Warren County area and plans to open a studio in the heart of Warrenton, NC in 2022.
