DESCRIPTION:Join Mill Hill for “Ale-N-Asana” donation based “Pop Up Yoga” in collaboration with Mobile OM Wellness! This class is beginner friendly and led with plenty of options to modify and take breaks when needed. Class will be held indoors (moved to lawn if weather permits). We will start class promptly at 6pm. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen and glasses if you need them. We will try our best to practice in shaded areas if outdoors.\nRestrooms will be available inside MHB and we encourage you to visit them before class as they close at 6pm for our class!
