Please join us at Rachel’s Whistlestop Cafe on December 2nd from 11-1 p.m. to learn more about the S-Line Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Study and passenger rail service along the S-Line Project corridor in Norlina.\nThe S-Line TOD Study team and local stakeholders will provide a summary of the TOD vision for downtown Norlina created through the course of the Study. Following this engagement, the vision will be refined and the final S-Line TOD Plan for Norlina will be delivered in early 2023.\nWe hope to see you there!\nThe event is floating from 11am to 1 pm. \n
